You will not believe the difference in flavour till you try grinding your own spice powders. It is addictive, and you suddenly find yourself wanting to do the same for all your other spices. You start researching on the net, different other possible blends you can make on your own... Like I said before, its nothing short of addictive!
The store bought spice powders come no where close in aroma. I'm not sure why it took me this long to get around to grinding my own spices but there's no looking back now.
Ingredients:
1/2 packet of coriander seeds
Method:
Dry roast the coriander seeds in a pan on a low heat till you can smell the aroma around you.
Wait for it to cool down.
Grind it in a mixer and store in an air-tight glass bottle.
